HPS was founded in 2010 to support the mission of the newly established Abu Dhabi Department of Transportation in the development of the Abu Dhabi Emirate traffic and transport infrastructure.
Since its establishment as a traffic engineering company, HPS Consulting has grown to cover more services and to provide an added value to its customers. Drawn by the contrast and the challenging coexistence between the natural and built environment, HPS Consulting aims to help urban areas transition toward more performant, sustainable and healthier models.
